About the Role

We are looking for an Entry-Level R&D Technician

to support testing, product development, and

hands-on

workshop activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, tools, and new technology. Training will be provided for the right person.

Responsibilities

Assist with setup, testing, and documentation of performance products and vehicles (ATV's, Side-by-Sides, Motorcycles) Support prototyping and new product development Collect, organize, and report test results Operate and maintain testing equipment and shop tools Help troubleshoot and solve technical issues with R&D team members Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety procedures

Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

Hands-on mechanical aptitude

and strong willingness to learn Ability to use basic hand and power tools Good communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Preferred (not required):

Technical experience, coursework, or certifications Experience with powersports or automotive systems Familiarity with CAD, 3D printing, or data logging systems Personal interest in motorsports, tuning, performance, or fabrication

Work Environment & Requirements

Shop and office environment Occasional exposure to noise, fumes, and moving equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Flexible schedule with potential overtime based on project needs
