We currently have a role available for an Entry-level Pharma Biochemist.





Job duties include, but are not limited to:


Preparing laboratory solutions and reagents. Handling and processing biological specimens (tissues & fluids). Handling sample preparation, assays, buffer preparation and tissue homogenizations independently. Accurate usage of pipettes (manual and auto) as well as other laboratory equipment, such as pH meter, balances, etc.




Job requirements include, but are not limited to:


BS - Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field with 0-2 years of industry experience (preferably pharma). Academic research and/or internship experience would be considered. Knowledge of common lab instrumentation (HPLC, LC-MS, etc.) would be a plus. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. Ability to communicate issues as they occur. Works well both as a team and as an individual. Strong safety focus and willingness to assist with general lab housekeeping. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion. Ability and willingness to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
