Entry Level Financial Representative
Job Description

Compensation:
$50,000 - $75,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities:
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and licensing requirements. Engage in structured coaching, mentorship, and training programs. Follow a leadership advancement track with career growth opportunities. Work within a hybrid model, attending in-person meetings and training sessions as required. Work with clients to assess financial needs and develop personalized strategies.Qualifications:
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. No prior experience in finance is required--comprehensive training is provided. Demonstrated leadership or a proven track record of success. Must be authorized to work in the US. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Sales experience is highly recommendedAbout Company
