Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic

Entry-level Event Associate

to support the planning, setup, and execution of event-based marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in dynamic environments, and wants hands-on experience in events and brand representation. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the setup, coordination, and delivery of event-based marketing activities Represent client brands with professionalism during live events and promotional campaigns Engage with customers, answer questions, and create positive brand experiences Support event logistics, including materials, displays, and equipment handling Gather customer feedback and contribute to improving future events Help maintain accurate records of event performance and customer interactions Work collaboratively with the events and marketing team to ensure smooth execution Provide general support across various event locations as required

Requirements

No previous experience required - full training provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with the public Proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic about events and marketing Ability to work in fast-paced, customer-facing environments Good organisational skills and attention to detail Willingness to travel locally for events when needed
