Duties

Provide exceptional customer service while assisting users with technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems on various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux. Manage computer hardware installations and configurations, ensuring optimal performance. Assist with desktop support tasks, including setup and maintenance of mobile devices and peripherals. Support network administration tasks such as managing LAN connections, VPN configurations, and firewall settings. Utilize tools for tracking support tickets. Conduct analysis of system performance and provide recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

Familiarity with technical support principles and practices is preferred. Basic knowledge of computer networking concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Understanding of IT infrastructure components. Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues effectively. Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
