We are seeking an Entry-Level Construction Laborer who is eager to learn the trade, develop new skills, and support our teams across various phases of construction. This is a full?time position with opportunities for training and growth. Pay is based on experience.

MUST BE LOCATED IN MAINE.

Skills, Abilities & Qualifications for Entry-Level

Ability to perform basic jobsite tasks such as demolition, site cleanup, material handling, and maintaining work areas Willingness to assist carpenters and skilled tradespeople with tasks including windows, doors, framing, exterior work, and interior finishes Strong desire to learn construction best practices and grow within the field Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when guidance is needed Commitment to strict safety procedures and jobsite protocols Basic familiarity with hand tools or power tools is helpful, but training will be provided Reliable transportation and ability to travel within 1 hour of Lewiston, ME
