Support assigned retail accounts to ensure a positive experience and ongoing service. Assist with account updates, service questions, and scheduled promotions. Process orders and coordinate account changes with accuracy and on-time follow-through. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, offering clear guidance. Capture and share customer insights to help improve service quality and store processes. Partner with the team on projects and day-to-day initiatives to achieve weekly goals.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$43,000-$55,000 annually (DOE)
