Our Entry Level Account Manager will:

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will represent our AT&T's products and services while engaging with customers in person and establishing lasting relationships Our Entry Level Account Managers will become experts on all AT&T products and services to effectively communicate, be able to answer all customer questions, and ensure trust to boost sales revenue Participate in hands-on training sessions focused on leadership and professional sales skills needed in the telecommunications sector Working with other members of the Sales & Customer Service team to share tips and develop strategic customer service and sales approaches to drive business growth Attending daily team meetings where you collaborate to set goals and standards As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will be expected to stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences

What we look for in an Entry Level Account Manager:

No experience is necessary - however, experience e in customer service, restaurant industry, sales, or business development is a plus Ambitious, self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow more about telecommunications and sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
