Position Overview:

Cobae Management is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated

Account Manager

to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships, working directly with customers, and taking ownership of sales goals. This position is best suited for individuals who are competitive, goal-oriented, and interested in advancing into leadership or management roles.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through in-person meetings and communication. Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction with services. Identify opportunities for account growth and new sales. Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals. Represent Cobae Management at in-person client meetings and events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Support a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in sales, customer service, and account management. Goal-driven and eager to learn. Comfortable working in an on-site, face-to-face environment. Ability to travel occasionally for work-related opportunities. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
