Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Analyze client feedback and market trends to provide insights for product improvement. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Support senior account managers with administrative tasks as needed.

Skills

Strong business development skills with a focus on technology sales. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients. Ability to analyze market trends and client needs for strategic decision-making. Experience or familiarity with sales processes, including account management techniques. Proficient in warm calling strategies to foster client relationships. Technical sales knowledge is a plus, enabling effective discussions about products and services.
