What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Entry Level Wireless Sales Representative?

Directly assist existing and new customers in receiving wireless services available in their community, help them make informed decisions, and create a positive experience. Personalize a sales pitch based on customer needs, and identify opportunities to suggest additional products and services to complement their experience and increase brand value. Build strong relationships with customers, advocating company values, professionalism, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Walk customers through the sales process, handling sensitive information with respect and answering any questions that may arise. Collaborate with other Entry Level Wireless Sales Representatives and upper management to support the company's success by sharing best sales practices, successful customer service techniques, and contributing to a positive team environment. Keep accurate records of all interactions, sales transactions, and customer inquiries, and follow up as needed to ensure long-term customer retention.

What are the desired skills and qualifications of the Entry Level Wireless Sales Representative?

A high school diploma is required for this position. 0-2 years of previous experience in a customer-facing or sales position is a plus; training will be provided for this position. Basic understanding of wireless technology and customer service practices. A natural ability to relate and engage with customers from diverse backgrounds. Professional demeanor and positive attitude are necessary to succeed in this position. Willingness to learn new skills and continuously develop knowledge. Professional verbal and written communication skills to objectively convey information to customers.

Pay: $44,027.43 - $53,022.29 per year
