About the Role

As an Entry Level Team Member, you'll play a hands-on role in helping customers find the right solutions for their needs. You'll learn how to connect with clients face-to-face, explain product benefits with confidence, and close sales that make a real impact. You'll be engaging directly with customers in a dynamic, people-first environment.

Represent Flux Consulting and our partnered brands with professionalism and energy Interact with customers interpersonally to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Learn and apply sales techniques to consistently meet or exceed goals Educate clients on product offerings and service benefits Collaborate with team members and management to grow both personally and professionally Deliver excellent customer interaction while driving positive outcomes

What We're Looking For: Entry Level Team Member

Strong communication and people skills A positive, motivated, and coachable attitude Desire to learn and grow in a sales-focused career Ability to work well in a team environment Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required
