Duties and Responsibilities

• Not an office job - this role requires being out in the field.
• Go door-to-door in pre-qualified neighborhoods to generate leads for our in-home specialists.
• Engage homeowners in conversation to understand their needs and explain how our products can meet those needs.
• Collect contact details from potential customers to set follow-up appointments and facilitate future sales.
• Attend weekly team meetings to receive ongoing training, stay updated on new product information, and discuss advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
• A willingness to learn and actively apply feedback for continual improvement.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle for transportation to various neighborhoods.
