Job Responsibilities:

• THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE JOB.
• Canvas pre-qualified areas and select homes and generate leads for our In-home specialists through directly approaching the homeowner at their home.
• Offer opportunities and schedule appointments for homeowners to receive sales presentations on various home improvement projects.
• Identify needs and help homeowners understand the benefits of our products for their homes and daily lives.
• Gather basic contact information from the homeowners to optimize the opportunities.
• Attend team meetings where training and coaching is provided for performance improvement and opportunity to grow within the company.

Position Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and willingness to initiate conversations.
• Coachability - remaining teachable as skills develop.
• Valid driver's license and personal transportation.
• Professional appearance.
