Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling is growing FAST and we're looking for driven Entry Level Sales to help us expand our reach and set appointments for homeowners interested in exterior home improvements.

What You'll Do

Engaging with homeowners in pre-selected neighborhoods within an hour of our Pittsburgh office Build rapport and trust with potential homeowners and generate free in-home consultation appointments for our outside sales department. Represent a trusted brand with premium products and unbeatable service

What You'll Earn

Base Pay plus multiple Bonuses and Commissions

Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, AND Annual bonuses, paid out fast

Total Compensation Potential:

$50,000-$100,000 per year (a current rep averaged $54 per hour in his first month with us!!) Growth Opportunities based upon merit and performance
