Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest.

Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads generated through marketing efforts.
Assist in sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for business development.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by addressing client inquiries and providing solutions.
Participate in training sessions to improve negotiation techniques and product knowledge.
Develop strong communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and features.
Experience
Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
A background in technology sales or technical sales will be advantageous.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
Experience in customer service or marketing will be beneficial for understanding client needs.
