We are looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative who will execute field sales solutions on behalf of our client. As the Entry Level Sales Representative, you are in a front-facing position responsible for communicating with new and existing customers and delivering telecommunications solutions that best suit the customer's lifestyle and needs. Additionally, you will provide account support through the enrollment and installation process. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented with an innate ability to build relationships with a variety of people and thrives in a results-driven environment.
Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Increasing client revenue through in-person sales and customer service efforts on behalf of our client Deliver sales presentations to prospective customers with a focus on quality products that are best suited to their needs Answer product and service questions keeping honesty, transparency and professionalism at the forefront of all customer interactions Escalate complaints and concerns to the appropriate department in an effort to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Close sales and provide dedicated account support through the enrollment and installation process Identify cross-selling opportunities when available Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market
Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required College degree or curriculum in a relevant field is preferred Excellent communication skills, with customers and between coworkers within the office The ability to work full-time and meet at the office for meetings and training sessions An interest in business, sales, telecommunications, marketing, or management Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, client relations, business, or marketing
This is a full time position that is required to report to our main office location on a daily basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
