Rhino-Back Roofing is seeking highly motivated and reliable candidates for an entry-level opportunity into one of the fastest growing, most respected roofing companies in the area.

This entry-level program is often a 6-12 month stepping stone to a high-potential sales position, where top performers can earn over $150,000 dollars per year.

-PRIMARY DUTIES



The hired associate will work closely with a team that meets daily and is given the latest training & technology to be able to visit residential neighborhoods, where we have already scouted and identified damaged home.

The Marketing Representative will introduce prospective customers to Rhino-Back Roofing and work with them to schedule free inspections for their damaged roofs. This work will be paid for by the homeowner's insurance policy

.

The Marketing Rep does NOT do the inspection but only schedules it for a later date with one of our expert roof damage inspectors. No construction experience needed.

-COMPENSATION



W-2 Salary position ($31,000 base) including paid training, PLUS expected performance-based commissions and bonuses PLUS car allowance of $880 a month- A reliable car is required AVERAGE income target with bonus $67,000. TOP PRODUCERS will make $90,000+ 401(k) with employer contribution available Two-weeks paid time off PLUS five paid personal days Benefits package including available medical, dental, and vision Diverse future career path opportunities in direct sales operations and management

-RESPONSIBILITIES



Generate inspection appointments on homes damage by storms and in need of insurance paid for work work Serve as a consultant and provide useful knowledge to help homeowners get a FREE ROOF Attend regular TOP LEVEL TRAINING to acquire, retain and constantly develop industry knowledge and sales skills Meet and exceed inspection appointment generation goals.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS



1+ years of sales, customer service and/or consulting experience Must have excellent communication and customer service skills Must be self-driven & highly motivated Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and quotas Must be flexible working weekend and evening hours Must have reliable transportation Certain opportunities require a clean DMV record Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check Must have cell phone with data and internet Applicants must be 18 years old or older Bilingual abilities are a plus
