What You'll Do as an Entry Level Sales Manager

Every day in our solar division brings something new. As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you'll blend outreach, clean-energy education, and hands-on customer service while learning how to coach future team members.

Educate clients on solar benefits through friendly conversations and great customer service Support solar consultations and help guide customers through the clean-energy sales process Learn to motivate and lead a small team as you grow in the Entry Level Sales Manager development track Work directly with customers to answer questions, explain solar incentives, and deliver transparent customer service Collaborate with leadership to strategize sales goals and maximize clean-energy outreach Bring positive energy, personality, and creativity into your growing Entry Level Sales Manager role Represent our solar partners with integrity, enthusiasm, and authentic customer service care

No solar experience needed - we train everything! This Entry Level role is designed to help you grow confidently into a renewable-energy Entry Level Sales Manager.
