Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Represent client brands in retail environments by ensuring promotional materials, products, and services align with brand standards Promote exclusive or limited-time products, services, and offers with confidence and product knowledge Initiate engaging, informative conversations with potential customers during retail campaigns Create a positive, memorable experience for each customer interaction Conduct live product or service demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits Accurately track and record all sales and transactions Participate in hands-on Entry Level Sales Associate training sessions prior to and throughout campaign execution Maintain organized product displays and accurate inventory records

Entry Level Sales Associate Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in sales, customer service, events, or related roles preferred but not required Direct experience as an Entry Level Sales Associate is highly desirable Outgoing, confident personality with a comfort level engaging the public Strong multitasking abilities, including customer engagement, display maintenance, and sales goal achievement Full-time availability with required in-office meetings Ability to quickly learn and clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions Comfortable working independently in event-based or minimally supervised environments, with a proactive sales mindset
