An international automotive parts company is currently looking for a

Entry Sales Assistant

to join their office in the Dayton, Ohio area.

Entry Sales Assistant Responsibilities Include:

Maintain high quality of all area of customer services Support any administrative tasks and Sales team support Communicate with customers in regard to order status and address any urgent requests or issues Translate documents both in Japanese and English

Entry Sales Assistant Requirements Include:

Must have at least an Associate's Degree 2-3 years' experience in an office environment is strongly preferred. Experience with Data Entry is also preferred. Familiar with Microsoft Office Organizational and time management ability This position includes warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.*
