THE ENTRY-LEVEL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE POSITION SunRay Construction Entry-Level Research Associate examines public records for any information related to property titles. This position is responsible for a variety of important tasks including, researching online public records in both recorders and property appraiser\xe2\x80\x99s office, confirming, and verifying information, assisting the preparation of construction documents. They ensure that their exceptional record-keeping and analytical abilities lead to accurate research results while offering the best customer service and support to your customers. **REQUIRED**To ensure candidates have read the job posting.
