Responsibilities: o Lead generation o Attend training o Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer's agent o Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc., to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again o Evaluate the team's progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports o Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients o Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data o Set appointments o Close sales o Sales talk mastery Qualifications: o A real estate license is required o Good communication o Sales experience o Must live within daily driving distance of the office About Company: KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
