We are looking for team members who take pride in learning their new craft. An Entry-Level Painter must have the willingness to work with various tools and different heights and spaces while observing all safety measures. They must be reliable and dependable and possess excellent attention to detail in completing their duties (respect their craft). They must be attentive and embrace the tactics that we use while providing feedback when they believe something could be done better (Employee Empowerment).
Our goal is to deliver high-quality painting on time... Compensation: Our goal is to provide our Team Members with tremendous pay that exceeds their expectations. An Entry-Level Painter will be paid $20.00-$25.00 an hour to start, depending on experience., plus Bonus and free Dental/Vision Insurance. Hours: Typically, a team member will work from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. There will be opportunities to add more hours if desired. Growth Opportunities: There is potential for any team member to climb the ranks and fill one of our management positions when they progress in their skills. Our positions include; Entry-Level Painter, Skilled Painter, Team Lead, Sr. Team Lead, Foreman, and Lead Foreman. Responsibilities

• *Successfully complete our on-the-job training program *Read job workflow instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary. *Make on-site preparations such as covering fixtures, etc. *Prepare exterior walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc. *Fill cracks and holes with the appropriate material (e.g., caulking and spackle) *Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools *Adhere to all health and safety precautions

Requirements

• *Transportation to and from job sites *Show up to work before 7:00 am and have your tools with you every day *Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns, etc.) learned from training *Manual good balance to work on scaffolding, ladders, etc. *Conscientious with great attention to detail Ability to work with other team members
