We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Enrollment Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves interacting with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Incentives are possible based on performance and attendance. Typically are Enrollment Reps bring in $900-$1300 weekly.

Duties
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
Experience
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus, enhancing the ability to upsell products or services when appropriate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers.
