Position Overview
As an
Entry Level Management Trainee
, you'll begin by learning the core skills of customer relations, sales, and daily team operations. This is an active, customer-facing role where you will support store goals, assist customers with product solutions, and participate in team meetings focused on growth and development.
As you progress through training, you'll start taking on leadership responsibilities such as coaching new team members, helping improve performance, and assisting management with day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do
Build strong customer relationships while introducing AT&T products and services
Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions
Attend daily team meetings focused on leadership, communication, and business development
Support store operations including merchandising, product knowledge, and customer follow-ups
Assist managers and team leads with onboarding and training new hires as you advance
Contribute to a high-energy, team-driven environment focused on growth and collaboration
