We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various machines, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe work environment. Training will be provided to help you develop essential skills in machine operation and manufacturing processes.

Duties

Perform basic setup and adjustments on machines to ensure optimal performance. Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications and production requirements. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers for quality control checks. Assist in the assembly of components on the production line while adhering to safety guidelines. Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency. Handle materials safely during production processes, including packaging and fabrication tasks.

Qualifications

Basic mechanical knowledge with an understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and CAD software such as SolidWorks is a plus. Experience with hand tools, tooling, and materials handling is beneficial. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control standards. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks. Prior factory or warehouse experience is advantageous but not required; we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), CAM programming, welding, and assembly line operations is desirable but not mandatory.
