You will be responsible for troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing computer systems, and supporting various operating systems. Responsibilities
Provide technical support for users, addressing issues related to desktop support, software troubleshooting, and computer management.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Support mobile devices and ensure they are properly configured within the IT infrastructure.
Maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and user guides to enhance customer service efficiency.
Requirements
Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with help desk software is a plus.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
