We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in IT support and technical services. The Entry Level Associate will provide essential support in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, assisting with computer management, and ensuring optimal performance of IT infrastructure. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Duties
Provide technical support to end-users for various software applications and hardware components.
Assist in troubleshooting software issues, including operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Manage computer systems, including desktop support and mobile devices.
Support network administration tasks involving LAN, VPN, DNS, and firewall configurations.
Utilize tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or Jira for tracking help desk tickets and service requests.
Conduct analysis of IT infrastructure components to ensure efficient operation.
Assist with Active Directory management and Group Policy Object (GPO) configurations.
Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues related to TCP/IP networking and SCCM deployments.
Maintain documentation of procedures and solutions for future reference.
Requirements
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer hardware knowledge.
Understanding of IT support principles including desktop support, network administration, and computer management.
Experience or coursework in technical support or related fields is preferred but not required.
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally.
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) is beneficial.
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and Meraki devices is a plus.
