Finance Specialist

to join our team onsite in Pensacola, FL. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in finance or banking operations. The position focuses on processing account requests, managing certificates and IRAs, and ensuring data accuracy while identifying any suspicious activity.

Key Responsibilities:



Process certificate account transactions (open, close, renewals) Manage Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) and Payable on Death (POD) requests Review and update account beneficiary information Place holds on deposits as needed Investigate and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:



1-5 years of experience in finance, banking operations, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent problem-solving and time management skills Ability to exercise good judgment and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Backgrounds:



Experience in
