RAG's Detailing is not your average car wash. We are Tilton's new professional detailing studio, known for obsessive quality, high-end ceramic coatings, and our own line of professional detailing products.

We are growing fast in our new shop and are looking for a motivated individual to join our team at the ground level.

We aren't looking for experience; we are looking for potential. We will train you from day one, providing a clear path from an Entry Level Tech to a highly skilled, RAG's Certified professional.

YOUR ROLE AS AN ENTRY LEVEL TECH:

This is a foundational role where you will master the basics of shop operations, customer service, and proper washing techniques. You are the essential support system of the shop, ensuring operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-of-House & Retail Operations:

-Be the friendly first point of contact for walk-in clients.

-Manage the retail space, keeping product shelves stocked, organized, and clean.

-Assist customers with product purchases and advise them on RAG's car care supplies.

-Handle appointment scheduling and phone calls with professionalism.

Quick Lane Services:

-Learn and execute the RAG's safe wash process (our $40 Hand Wash & Dry) to perfection--zero swirls, zero spots.

-Perform basic express interior tasks (vacuuming, window cleaning).

Shop Maintenance:

-Ensure the detail bay is spotless, organized, and ready for the next big job.

-Maintain equipment (cleaning pads, organizing tools, refilling bottles).

THE RAG'S CAREER PATH:

We invest in our team. We have a defined 4-tier growth structure. You are entering at Tier 1, with the goal of moving up as you master new skills:

-Entry Level Tech: Mastering shop ops, retail, and safe washing.

-Detail Tech: Training on full interior/exterior deep cleaning and working independently.

*RAG's Certified Detail Technician: Advanced training in specialized restoration services.

*RAG's Master Detail Technician: Paint correction and Ceramic Coating application experts.

Must Pass a Drug Screen, Background Check and have a valid driver's license + reliable transportation.

Job Types: Contract, Seasonal

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
