This is an entry level opportunity that offers full training, ongoing mentorship, and plenty of room to develop your communication, customer service, and sales skills. As an Entry Level Customer Experience Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our clients' customers- helping them find the right solutions and ensuring every sales interaction is positive, professional, and engaging.

Your Responsibilities as an Entry Level Customer Experience Representative:

Engage with customers in person to answer questions, provide product information, and guide them toward suitable options when closing sales. Handle inquiries and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Learn to communicate value and build trust with customers in a variety of settings. Participate in daily team meetings and share creative ideas for improving customer engagement and driving sales. Maintain accurate notes and reports to ensure every customer interaction is followed through effectively. Support Entry Level Customer Experience Representative team initiatives and uphold ET Consulting Group's high standards for service excellence.

No previous sales or customer service experience required; full training provided!
