We're looking for an ambitious, people-first professional to join our growing team as an Entry Level Customer Associate. In this role, you'll support day-to-day customer needs, oversee account activity, and contribute directly to sales performance and client satisfaction. This is a full-time opportunity for someone looking to break into account management, build strong customer relationships, and grow into leadership.

What You'll Do as an Entry Level Customer Associate:

Manage customer accounts and ensure service needs are met from start to finish Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing consistent communication Present products and solutions that align with each client's goals and preferences Help execute sales strategies that drive customer satisfaction and retention Track account activity, service requests, and follow-ups to keep accounts active Support weekly team targets by maintaining high levels of customer engagement Assist in onboarding new clients and educating them on available service features Resolve issues quickly while maintaining a positive and professional tone

Who We're Looking For:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset Interest in customer service, sales, account support, or client relations Highly motivated and eager to learn new systems and business tools Able to multitask, stay organized, and follow through on account needs Open to feedback and passionate about growing in a professional environment Comfortable speaking with clients, answering questions, and offering solutions Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required
