Legacy Innovations is expanding across and is actively hiring Entry Level Customer Associates to help manage customer relationships, drive promotions, and support day-to-day sales activity. This is a full-time, entry-level position offering hands-on experience in customer service, sales, account management, and telecommunications with room to grow into leadership or management positions.

Why We're Hiring

We've partnered with national telecom provider AT&T to increase outreach through face-to-face sales campaigns. With new locations launching across the region, we're building a frontline customer service team to handle new enrollments, support service changes, and represent the brand professionally.

What You'll Do as an Entry Level Customer Associate:

Greet and assist customers face-to-face in environments Provide support with AT&T account activations, sales upgrades, and customer service inquiries Walk customers through service plans and recommend the best fit for their needs Promote AT&T's brand by delivering excellent customer experiences Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily sales targets Assist in campaign setup, signage, and in-store promotional materials Communicate customer feedback to improve overall service strategy

What We're Looking For in an Entry level Customer Associate:

Clear communication skills and a positive, professional attitude Passion for sales, customer support, and working directly with people Strong attention to detail when managing customer data and follow-ups Ability to stay focused in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment Open to feedback, coaching, and long-term growth opportunities No previous experience required -- all telecommunications training provided in person
