Due to client demand, we are looking for an outgoing, motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Crew Member.

Position Summary:

As an Entry Level Crew Member on our sales and outreach team, you will be responsible for engaging directly with potential customers, driving sales, and ensuring the enrollment process is completed in a timely manner. Your Entry Level Crew Member role will involve direct communication with potential customers with the goal of enrolling them in our clients services.

Entry Level Crew Member Responsibilities:

Customer engagement & enrollment Sales presentations & market analysis Team collaboration & leadership development Sales tracking & trend forecasting Client knowledge & industry updates Problem solving & retention management Brand representation & market expansion

Entry Level Crew Member Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus. Previous experience in a customer-focused role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. The ability to thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment A confident and professional demeanor Able to work out of our local office Comfortable traveling locally to the office and assigned territory Comfortable working directly with customers and team members

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
