Entry Level

Civil Engineer

in our corporate headquarters office, located in

downtown Milwaukee, WI

. Our Civil opportunity offers numerous project challenges and an opportunity to become an important part of a well-established technical group.


We are looking for talented individuals possessing drive, adaptability, humility, intelligence, team-ability, curiosity, and emotional strength to help drive the success of our team.

As an Entry Level Civil Engineer at GRAEF, enjoy responsibilities that may include:

Design of site development and municipal projects, including roadways, site grading, storm drainage and site utilities; and construction assistance. Preparation of local, state and federal permit applications.

We are considering Entry Level Civil Engineers to join our team who possess the following basic qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or on track to graduate in May 2026. Having a previous Internship/Co-op in the design/construction of transportation/construction projects and/or site development projects is a plus. Experience with Civil 3D is a plus.
