Job Responsibilities
Arrive 15 minutes before all sports when assigned Wear the appropriate uniform as required to support your position as a Referee Make calls that are consistent and correct with the laws of your Sport Maintain a good position and make appropriate calls Must attend on-court Training for your Sport Communication with your assignor, coaches, players, and co-workers. Manage the game as an official.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with players and coaches Ability to manage conflicts and maintain a positive environment during games No prior experience required; paid training will be provided Enthusiasm for sports, particularly Basketball, is a plus
