We are a professional sales and business consulting firm working with telecommunications clients and retail partners in Indianapolis. The Entry Level AT&T Assistant position supports our strategic AT&T Retail partnership, bringing top-tier wireless and internet solutions directly to customers in a retail setting. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who wants to build a career in professional sales.

As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, you will be a vital part of our team, with comprehensive training to support the sales process. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience. This is a hands-on role that provides an excellent foundation as you build skills in communication and problem-solving.

Entry Level AT&T Assistant Responsibilities:

Deliver friendly, professional support to retail customers, guiding them through AT&T's wireless and fiber solutions with clarity and care. Assist the retail sales team by managing product inquiries, organizing service requests, and processing sales documentation with accuracy. Provide product education on AT&T wireless plans, devices, and internet services, helping customers make informed decisions based on their needs. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service activations, and sales activities using AT&T's tracking platforms and retail systems. Participate in scheduled team huddles and training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, service enhancements, and promotional offers. Support store upkeep by ensuring product displays, demo stations, and service counters remain organized, clean, and campaign-ready.

Entry Level AT&T Assistant Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in business, marketing, or communications is a plus. Prior experience in retail, sales support, or customer coordination is preferred but not required. Exposure to wireless products, internet services, or telecom campaigns is a strong advantage. Strong communication and rapport-building skills to support walk-in customers and represent the AT&T brand. Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment. Familiarity with wireless products, fiber services, or customer-facing technology is preferred.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
