We're actively hiring in the Seattle area for an Entry Level Assistant Manager to join our growing telecommunications and wireless sales team. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting daily sales goals, building customer relationships, assisting with service activations and upgrades, and learning the operational skills that lead to advancement. Responsibilities of an Entry Level Assistant Manager

Connect with customers to recommend internet, mobile, and home service solutions Assist team members with sales activities, customer support, and account troubleshooting Provide answers on service plans, pricing, billing, and product availability Track customer account updates and maintain organized records Participate in daily meetings to plan sales strategies and reach goals Collaborate with leadership to develop performance plans and improve team outcomes Represent our wireless and telecom partners with integrity and enthusiasm

Entry Level Assistant Manager Requirements:

Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused mindset Interest in leadership, business, sales, and the telecommunications industry Ability to work full-time and attend daily office meetings Prior experience in customer service, sales, retail, or team leadership is helpful Motivation to grow into Assistant Manager, Sales Lead, or Account Manager roles
