In this Entry Level Assistant Manager role, you will represent a global industry leader, deliver face-to-face customer engagements, and gain essential sales, service, and leadership experience. Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities

Engage directly with customers in person to present and explain AT&T's current product, service and solution offerings. Facilitate sales transactions including upgrades, plan changes, new activations and account servicing. Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through professional resolution of inquiries and concerns. Maintain current knowledge of AT&T's product portfolio, market activities, competitive landscape, and promotional campaigns. Achieve and exceed performance metrics pertaining to sales volume, customer engagement and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, manage inventory and support requisite administrative tasks. Collaborate with team members and mentors, participate in coaching sessions and engage in continuous professional development.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required. Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills, able to engage customers confidently and professionally. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to operate effectively in both team and individual settings. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally throughout Florida to various customer sites or events. Demonstrated potential for leadership and career growth.

Pay: $600.00 - $1,300.00 per week
