Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Engage directly with residential customers to present and sell AT&T telecom solutions with confidence and clarity Build trust and rapport through face-to-face conversations, product demonstrations, and tailored recommendations Close sales by identifying customer needs and aligning them with the right AT&T packages and services Support daily Entry Level Assistant Manager team operations including route planning, performance tracking, and goal setting Assist in training new representatives on sales techniques, customer engagement, and brand standards Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve territory performance Represent Pac North Best and AT&T with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to sales excellence

Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for performance Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Prior experience as an Entry Level Assistant Manager is highly desirable. Leadership potential and a desire to grow into management High level of professionalism and accountability Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
