Job Description
Our corporate office is currently seeking a qualified member to join our team in the accounting department. The position will serve as support to our accounting department by processing invoices, scanning, filing, accepting invoices, and other documents as we receive them.
Responsibilities:
Support operations staff with daily, weekly and monthly calculations Update General Ledger - journal entries, account reconciliation Assist with Invoicing: filing, reconciliation, archiving Resolve issues with invoices Assist during audits Special projects as assigned. Navigating QuickBooks efficently

Qualifications
Associates/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting 1-year experience in office setting preferred Proficiency with accounting software and tools Attention to detail and accuracy Basic understanding of accounting principles / practices Analytical and numerical ability Communication & organization Willingness to learn / adaptability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
