The Connecticut Team is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented

Entry Level Account Representative

to join our growing team in the Greater Hartford area. In this client-facing role, you'll work directly with customers to represent major accounts, while developing core skills in sales, marketing, and account management.

This position is ideal for someone looking to kick off a long-term career in business with hands-on training, daily mentorship, and opportunities for fast advancement. No prior experience in sales is required -- just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Represent client services through face-to-face interactions with customers Build strong relationships with new and existing accounts in your territory Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals Manage customer follow-ups and sales activity Stay up-to-date on client offerings, promotions, and market trends Collaborate with team members to develop outreach strategies Participate in ongoing training sessions and leadership development

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and eagerness to grow professionally Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus Must be available full-time, Monday-Friday
