Job Description

At Jannelle Management, we strengthen our clients' outreach and sales approach in the Meriden, CT region through knowledgeable presentations and customer service solutions. Our team is looking to add an Entry Level Account Manager who will be a professional connection between our client, Frontier, and the customers who benefit from their products and services.

We focus on lasting, efficient solutions, and the Entry Level Account Manager provides that messaging through in-person interactions and continuous understanding of the telecommunications industry. By working collaboratively with Client representatives, the Sales team, and office management, Entry Level Account Managers become closely aligned with local market preferences and the most effective sales processes that deliver consistent outcomes.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager:



Ensure strong sales results through knowledgeable, in-person interactions that encourage immediate interest in the client's products and services Interpret customer needs through inquiring about their current telecommunications services and their general satisfaction levels Determine proper sales avenues by introducing client products and services that specifically address a customer's goals Take note of potential patterns or local market trends to increase the effectiveness of sales processes and assist with Entry Level Account Manager strategies Connect with all departments within the office to refine practices and tend to any areas of improvement within the Entry Level Account Manager role Adhere to all client and company protocols, particularly with regard to confidentiality standards and customer security Approach each sales interaction confidently, utilizing Entry Level Account Manager training to assist in your conversation about the client and industry information

Entry Level Account Manager Qualities/Qualifications:



Strong professional and engaging communication skills 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, hospitality, retail, or other consumer-facing role 1+ years of experience in a sales environment, leadership or management position, or client coordination is a bonus High School Diploma/equivalent is required; Further education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Operations Management is preferred Ability to multitask, particularly while in conversations with customers or client representatives Problem-solving and critical thinking skills An interest in continuous development, both within the Entry Level Account Manager position and with client sales processes
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
