We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Clover POS, Door Dash, and Uber Eats. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high culinary standards. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest relations. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Provide excellent guest services in a nightclub setting, ensuring all patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Skills

Proficiency in using Clover POS is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Experience with cash registers and handling payments accurately. Basic culinary knowledge for food preparation tasks is beneficial. Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing help and support to patrons. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced nightclub environment while maintaining professionalism.
