Responsibilities

Provides the technical leadership and direction in implementing enterprise information/data management practices for a unique, complex, yet challenging mission space. Responsible for leading a development team and engaging in the development and enterprise integration for a cloud-based sytem based in the APPIAN solution. Responsible for developing and maintaining the logical Enterprise Information Architecture that enables seamless information interoperability of systems from transaction systems, document management systems and information delivery systems. Will perform/oversee regular system upgrades, file transfer, development and system lifecycle. Proven experience in developing information architectures aligned information lifecycle management. Proven experience working with data driven applications and conceptual, logical and physical data modeling with data modeling tools and database design in complex, large-scale data environments. Proven experience in authentication, PKI, and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML). Proven full stack experience in developing scalable design of entities using advanced data structures (e.g., tall tables) is a plus. Knowledge of application development and distribution - DevOPs, containerization. This will be a Technical Lead role with devlopers, specialized knowledge of APPIAN development, architecture work and integration highly desired. Prior API development and cloud experience desired. Experience in developing and implementing IT architecture plans, Enterprise Information Architecture standard and guidelines, software development methodologies and strategic plans. Experience in developing data sharing standards and architecting scalable service oriented solutions. Solid leader with finesse in speaking with leadership of all levels. TS/SCI with CI or FS Poly required.

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
