Overview:

Enrollment Specialist


Location: Chesterbrook, PA - Hybrid schedule

As an Enrollment Specialist, you will review new client accounts to confirm client eligibility for the program, support clients on an ongoing basis by reviewing creditor documents, making updates to enrolled debts and payment schedules, and to ensure payments are made accurately and on time. Every aspect of the position centers on providing a great customer experience and maintaining high levels of satisfaction and program success.


We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Responsibilities:
Use our CRM to manage client accounts and document updates with detail and clarity Review client accounts for suitability for the program based on enrollment guidelines Verify guidelines are maintained for account updates post-enrollment, such as plan changes or requests to add or remove enrolled debts Manage accounts with outstanding items to be resolved quickly as possible Review creditor documentation to update accounts as needed Review all internal and external reporting for client and creditor payments to ensure processing is completed Work externally with our escrow teams to resolve any account activation issues for clients Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams to resolve client requests

Qualifications:

Education Requirements:


Experience in Underwriting or Bachelor's degree

Qualifications & Skills

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to think critically and analyze risk Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently Attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy are required Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel , Outlook and Adobe)

Compensation:

$19.25 phr + annual bonus
