Seeking an English Language Skills Instructor to support adult learners improving workplace English. Role includes leading ESL/ESP sessions, tailoring instructional content, and monitoring learner outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Teach 6-10 hours/week of English language instruction.
Customize lessons to align with learner goals.
Track student attendance and progress.
Attend program trainings, meetings, and events.
Requirements:
TESOL certification.
Strong English proficiency (native/near-native).
Knowledge of ESL pedagogy.
Preferred:
Bachelor's in English, Education, Linguistics, etc.
3+ years adult ESL teaching.
ESP teaching experience.
Strong classroom management and tech familiarity.
