The Engineering Technician is responsible for providing troubleshooting, repair, and calibration services on electrical, mechanical, and other required equipment. In addition, the position may require the ability to use complex test instruments for electronic, electrical, and electromechanical equipment. As such, the technician should have training, knowledge, and experience with troubleshooting, modifying, and repair of various electrical, electromechanical, mechanical, and electronic laboratory and medical equipment.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's Degree or related equivalent experience
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in maintenance and repair of electrical, electronic, electromechanical and other required equipment
Excellent working knowledge of maintenance and calibration of electrical, physical, mechanical, and/or optical devices and systems
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Must possess good interpersonal, organizational and prioritizing skills
Demonstrable work history within a fast paced, demanding engineering work environment.
Proven track record working in compliance with applicable Quality Assurance (QA), Safety, Health and Environmental plans, policies and procedures
Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Must be able to qualify for and maintain a security clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
