Job Description

Our client is seeking a

Project Manager

to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of

conveyor integration projects

. This role is responsible for driving day-to-day project activities, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring systems are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to customer specifications.

Depending on project scope, this position may manage multiple projects simultaneously. Success in this role requires strong scheduling capability using

MS Project

, disciplined financial oversight, and the ability to lead teams to deliver high-quality systems that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Project success is measured by four core outcomes:



Safety, Schedule, Quality, and Financial Performance.

Key Responsibilities


Set up projects consistently and lead teams to exceed customer expectations Manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize workload Interpret contract documents and translate them into executable project plans Own full project P&L responsibility, including monthly budget reporting Develop and manage project schedules, critical paths, and risk mitigation plans Lead weekly project meetings with internal teams and external customers Manage customer requirements, acceptance, and final project closeout Provide clear, closed-loop communication and reporting to stakeholders Complete monthly billing and cash flow analysis Negotiate customer-driven changes and incorporate them into contracts and budgets Other responsibilities as required to support project execution

Qualifications / Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent experience

2+ years of project management experience

within conveyor installation or integration projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) Proficiency with

MS Project

for schedule development and management Strong ability to read and interpret contracts, specifications, bid documents, and financials Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of self-verifying work Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong collaborator able to influence cross-functional teams Ability to travel to job sites and manage projects both remotely and onsite Legally authorized to work in the United States * Ability to obtain facility security clearance as required
